Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Headset Review

A few weeks back I posted my review for the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 headset which can be found here. I thought it was a great headset and that over it’s predecessor it was a pretty large step into the right direction. My expectations for the Stealth 700s were elevated considerably given the changes made to the 600s. I’m pleased to say that the 700s really step up the game more and they just might be my favorite headset yet. As more and ore games rely on seriously detailed audio direction, any game needs a good headset and you should look no further than the current line of devices from Turtle Beach. The Stealth 700 Gen 2 immediately feels like a different headset…

The story spans the years between WWII and Vietnam. During this time we’ll see how multiple people  from different backgrounds will inevitably…

Hardware Review – Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2

I’ve had about a month with the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2, the successor to the wildly popular Stealth 600. I’ve had great experience with the previous versions of these headsets so how was my time with the 2nd gen? ***As a side note before we move along, I urge you to download the Turtle Beach Audio Hub to your PC prior to getting started to make sure you have the very latest and greatest firmware on there. Trust me. It makes a difference and early on there was a slight bug that needed to be addressed for the sound.*** The first thing I noticed when I pulled the Stealth 600 Gen 2 out of the box was a slight redesign on the headphones.…

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 Remaster – Review (Xbox)

The Tony Hawk Pro Skater series, at one time, was the standard by which “x games” series gaming titles were measured by. When it first launched in 1999, it was quite literally a genre defining game. Great gameplay, graphics and a soundtrack that had people moving in their collective seats. There have been many releases across many systems over the years but none of them ever had the same kind of critical acclaim as the first 2. When this remaster was announced earlier this year, I was pretty excited for the game to reach a whole new generation of gamers but at the time I struggled to get excited about it for myself. The grindiness of the game was great for me when I was…
